Class Description:
We come with four contracts, one of which is the chakra through which we choose to learn our lessons. These powerful energy centers command our attention throughout life. They guide us when we move away from our divine path, allowing us to recognize when we are out of balance. It is in this moment of recognition that we are afforded an opportunity to change.
This class will show you why we respond physically and emotionally to our life experiences. It will also explain why we attract certain people and situations and more importantly, how to begin changing our patterns of behavior to create peace within our "self" and our families.
