Healing Emotions: using flower essenses

Introduction

The beauty of working with my clients has been the reality of bringing me to a place where I "see" things differently from that which I was taught. The Bach Institute is very clear on how they label their flower groupings. My groupings of the flower essences are unique to what I have seen through individual healing layers. Within some of these layers I have witnessed certain physical symptoms attached to the actual emotion that has been created. I will try and explain it to you as I have been given the gift of seeing it. Along with the emotion and physical symptoms that may be attached to each layer, I hope to teach you how the chakras may be related to the flower layer that may be affected through the imbalance. I will list the individual flowers that have a direct relationship to the chakras in a chart following the flower explanations.

Flowers can be used for both acute (mood by mood) or chronic (long-term) emotional states. If you want to try to use flower essences on your own, always begin with the emotion you are feeling in the present moment. We layer our emotions one on top of the other; and the one on top is the one you have to begin healing first. The others that lie beneath this layer will reveal themselves to you in good time. What you have to remember is that the flower essences don't create anything new in your system. What they will reveal to you are the physical and emotional aspects of yourself that you have been suppressing through the years. Once we can begin to "see" our negative aspects, we can then begin to heal them. As you heal one layer at a time, try to pay attention as another layer shows itself and then deal with it as you "see" it or "feel" it.

The "average" layer for my clients is usually 5 to 10 drops daily anywhere from four to eight weeks long. I would suggest you try the same and see what happens. Remember, only you can know what is going on in your mind and your body. Be honest with yourself; express yourself; learn to love yourself - every aspect of yourself. .
