Flower essences are tools that help us heal. They don't have the ability to heal us. That is the job of the individual. What they can do is open doorways we have shut so we can see through the eyes of truth instead of the eyes of the emotion.
Through many years of my own healing, I have learned that our body is a powerful storage tank designed with glands and organs that actually store specific emotions.
If we choose to attach a negative emotion to any thought, it creates an energy that now becomes stored in the appropriate body part where it will wait until we choose to bring it back to its original state, which is love. If this negative emotion or energy is stored for a certain length of time in the body, a physical symptom may appear.
Our body creates physical symptoms for a very profound reason. Physical symptoms force us to pay attention to our "self". Pain, either physical or emotional, is our spirit's way of asking for attention. It is asking to be loved by our "self".
It is through the physical symptom that we recognize we have an issue that needs to be healed. And it is in this moment of recognition that we have an opportunity to change into something more loving or positive. The world of emotions is a wonderful journey to understand more clearly how we pattern through learned behavior.
